DELIVERY TERMS & CONDITIONS

Deliveries to certain destinations such as Scotland, Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland or the Channel Islands, carries an extra charge for delivery. The customer will be informed as soon as possible after the order has been placed. In the case that the customer refuses to pay this extra charge, the order can be cancelled. All goods must be checked when received. If a pallet has been sent all packs on the pallet must be checked. Claims after 24 hours that goods arrived damaged cannot be made as the carrier will not accept any claims after these 24 hours. Deliveries are made to the 'kerb side'. Unfortunately due to insurance guidelines it is not the couriers responsibility to take goods into your home, therefore please arrange for adequate help at time of delivery

RETURENS POLICY

Please inspect your goods immediately on delivery, no claims with regard to damaged items can be made after the courier has left delivery address. Damaged goods should be returned with the courier. We do not accept part order returns ,but we will accept complete order returns for whatever reason within 7 days of receipt providing the items are unopened in the Original Packaging. You will need to return the goods back to us via your chosen courier, and a 30% handling charge paid by purchaser will be deducted from your credit note.

All the information we will collect about you will be used according to the Data Protection Act and other legislation. Your personal information like names, email, telephone numbers, address will only be used to process your order and make deliveries. We will never pass your information to a third party.
